For the woman who is spiritually hungry and ready to stop settling for crumbs.

Grayton Beach, Florida | November 5–8, 2026

Come to the Table is a 4-day retreat for Christian women who feel the ache of spiritual hunger, who long for more of God, more of themselves, more of what they know is possible, and who are ready to stop striving their way there.

This is not a conference. It is not a hustle reset or a goal-setting weekend.
It is a table. Prepared. Waiting. Set with everything you need.

Come hungry. Leave satisfied.

"He brought me to the banqueting table, and his banner over me was love."

Song of Solomon 2:4

A table set for you to satisfy the soul.

You keep feeling dry, tired, distant, or disconnected.

You know it's time

You've been showing up for everyone and everything, and somewhere in the faithfulness, you've lost the thread back to yourself.

You've been...

Moving fast enough to keep going, but not slow enough to hear

Pouring out without being poured into

Doing all the right things — and still feeling hollow

Longing for a deeper intimacy with God but not knowing how to find it

Carrying the weight of the season quietly, because that's what you do

Scripture is full of women in the wilderness. And it is in the wilderness that He sets a table.

This is not a program. It's an invitation into something I've lived.

I know this from the inside.

Most women get away to set goals.

They block the time, book the room, pack the journal — and arrive hoping that a strategy session or a skill set or a fresh five-year plan will finally quiet the thing inside them that keeps calling out.

And sometimes those things help. But they don't satisfy the deeper hunger.
Because what's calling out isn't a gap in your planning. It's a longing for presence. For stillness. For the One who knows you all the way down.

For years, I have set aside time to get away by myself, to hear from God, to come back to myself, to breathe. As a single mom of four for 22 years, these times weren't luxuries. They were lifelines.

Sometimes those getaways were quiet and solo, just me, my Bible, and the silence I couldn't seem to find at home. Sometimes they were structured, a focused time away with a few other women for the sake of personal and spiritual growth.

Every time, I came back different. Not because I had a better plan. Because I had been met.

Come to the Table was born out of that. Out of two decades of watching God show up in the space women make for Him and a deep conviction that more women deserve to experience it.

you're invited

Intimacy
Before Agenda

01

We come to His presence before we do anything else. What He gives in that space shapes everything that follows.

Space to Be, Not Only Do

02

Rest here is not a reward for finishing. It is the foundation. The beach, the quiet, the unhurried pace — these are not extras. They are the point.

Nourished, Not Just Inspired

03

There is a difference between information and soul nourishment. You will leave this retreat having received something that sustains you — not just moved you.

Small and Sacred

04

Only 13 women. An intimate gathering by design. Room for real conversation, genuine ministry, and the kind of connection that only happens when the crowd is small and the space is safe.

Come to the Table

A 4-Day Women's Spiritual Retreat

Grayton Beach, Florida | November 5–8, 2025

Women leave this table carrying:

A renewed sense of who they are before God, not just who they are in their roles

A deeper intimacy with His voice and the ability to hear Him in the ordinary

Permission to want what they want and trust that He placed that longing there

Clarity for the next yes and the grace to release what isn't theirs to carry

Friendships forged in sacred space with women who keep pointing you back

A body that has actually rested and a soul that has been genuinely nourished

"'Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters...come, buy and eat!"

Isaiah 55:1

We can't promise what God will do, Only He makes those promises. But we can tell you what we've watched Him do again and again when His daughters make space.

You were made for more than this pace. God has so much for you to enjoy.
"What if this isn't for me?"

This retreat is for the woman who senses something is missing and longs to be met — not fixed, not coached into a better version of herself, but genuinely met by God and by women who understand. If that's the longing underneath the hesitation, this is for you.

If you feel pulled in, yet something else is pulling back, keep reading.

"I feel like I should be further along before I come."
She doesn't earn her place at the table. She's brought there. You don't arrive at this retreat having figured it out. You arrive hungry. That is exactly the right posture.
"I'm not sure I can afford it."

Every tier of this retreat is available on a 4-month payment plan — so the investment can be spread across the months leading up to November rather than carried all at once. The full retreat experience is the same regardless of which accommodation you choose.
"I don't know if I can make the time."

Four days. November 5–8. That's it. The women who've said yes to something like this rarely say they wished they'd stayed home. More often, they can't believe they almost didn't come. The life that feels too full to leave is usually the life that most needs you to.

What's Included

Whole Body Care

We believe in stewarding the body, not just the spirit. The retreat includes opportunities for early morning movement and gentle stretching on the beach — and a licensed massage therapist may be available for optional add-on sessions. Details shared closer to the retreat.

Flat Biking on 30A

A gentle 2-mile bike ride along one of the most beautiful stretches of the Gulf Coast. Flat. Easy. Soul-restoring.

The Farmer's Market

Saturday morning, we walk through the Seaside Farmer's Market together — color, texture, abundance. A sensory experience that makes the retreat feel whole.

Beach & Rest

Morning walks on the Gulf. Unhurried evenings. A beach bonfire under the November sky. You'll also have some free time to spend how you choose. Rest is not an afterthought here — it is the invitation.

Meals Together

Home-cooked meals prepared by our retreat cook — gathered around a table, in the rhythm of being fed. Dietary needs accommodated.

Spiritual Encounters

Word-centered teaching, creative encounters, prayer, and space for the Holy Spirit to move. Structured enough to guide you. Open enough for God to surprise you.

The Setting

Grayton Dream — a gulf-front estate on 30A in Grayton Beach, Florida. Private pool. Direct beach access. Space designed for stillness, conversation, and being held by beauty.

Every detail has been held with care. All you have to do is come.

A Safe Space

Women who actually get it. Real conversation — not the polished version. A room where it's safe to say the real thing, ask the real question, and be seen without performing. The connections formed around this table have a way of lasting long after you drive home.

Questions? We've got you.

When is the deadline to register?
The registration deadline is August 8th.
Do I need to know anyone to come?
No. Many women come alone. By the end of the first evening, you won't feel that way.
What Airport should I fly into?
When booking your flight, Northwest Florida Beaches International (ECP) is the closest, about 32 miles. Or Destin-Fort Walton Beach (VPS) is roughly 39 miles. Both have rental car options.
Is this retreat only for women in ministry or business?
This retreat is for any woman who senses the invitation. Whether you lead a ministry, a business, a home, or all three — if you're hungry, the table is for you.

A coastline made to slow you down.

Grayton Beach, Florida. Gulf-front. Four days of November light on the water, salt air through the windows, and space that does what no schedule can.

Grayton Dream sits directly on the Gulf — a 6-bedroom estate with a private pool, an elevator, and enough room for women to spread out, settle in, and breathe.

This is not a hotel. It is a home. And you are a guest who has been prepared for.

I'm a faith-based coach, speaker, and the founder of the Rhythm of Life Framework, a process for helping women move from depletion to alignment, from striving to rest, from noise to clarity.

For over two decades, I've walked alongside women in the gap between who they are and who they sense God has called them to become. I know what it is to be dry. I know what it is to come to a table, soul-empty, and leave with something that sustained me for months.

I created Come to the Table because I believe every woman deserves to experience what I have experienced in those sacred spaces. Not as a program. As an invitation.

Come hungry. I have a seat waiting for you.
