Intimacy
Before Agenda
We come to His presence before we do anything else. What He gives in that space shapes everything that follows.
Space to Be, Not Only Do
Rest here is not a reward for finishing. It is the foundation. The beach, the quiet, the unhurried pace — these are not extras. They are the point.
Nourished, Not Just Inspired
There is a difference between information and soul nourishment. You will leave this retreat having received something that sustains you — not just moved you.
Small and Sacred
Only 13 women. An intimate gathering by design. Room for real conversation, genuine ministry, and the kind of connection that only happens when the crowd is small and the space is safe.
Come to the Table
A renewed sense of who they are before God, not just who they are in their roles
A deeper intimacy with His voice and the ability to hear Him in the ordinary
Permission to want what they want and trust that He placed that longing there
Clarity for the next yes and the grace to release what isn't theirs to carry
Friendships forged in sacred space with women who keep pointing you back
A body that has actually rested and a soul that has been genuinely nourished
Whole Body Care
We believe in stewarding the body, not just the spirit. The retreat includes opportunities for early morning movement and gentle stretching on the beach — and a licensed massage therapist may be available for optional add-on sessions. Details shared closer to the retreat.
Flat Biking on 30A
A gentle 2-mile bike ride along one of the most beautiful stretches of the Gulf Coast. Flat. Easy. Soul-restoring.
The Farmer's Market
Saturday morning, we walk through the Seaside Farmer's Market together — color, texture, abundance. A sensory experience that makes the retreat feel whole.
Beach & Rest
Morning walks on the Gulf. Unhurried evenings. A beach bonfire under the November sky. You'll also have some free time to spend how you choose. Rest is not an afterthought here — it is the invitation.
Meals Together
Home-cooked meals prepared by our retreat cook — gathered around a table, in the rhythm of being fed. Dietary needs accommodated.
Spiritual Encounters
Word-centered teaching, creative encounters, prayer, and space for the Holy Spirit to move. Structured enough to guide you. Open enough for God to surprise you.
The Setting
Grayton Dream — a gulf-front estate on 30A in Grayton Beach, Florida. Private pool. Direct beach access. Space designed for stillness, conversation, and being held by beauty.
A Safe Space
Women who actually get it. Real conversation — not the polished version. A room where it's safe to say the real thing, ask the real question, and be seen without performing. The connections formed around this table have a way of lasting long after you drive home.

Grayton Beach, Florida. Gulf-front. Four days of November light on the water, salt air through the windows, and space that does what no schedule can.
Grayton Dream sits directly on the Gulf — a 6-bedroom estate with a private pool, an elevator, and enough room for women to spread out, settle in, and breathe.
This is not a hotel. It is a home. And you are a guest who has been prepared for.
I'm a faith-based coach, speaker, and the founder of the Rhythm of Life Framework, a process for helping women move from depletion to alignment, from striving to rest, from noise to clarity.
For over two decades, I've walked alongside women in the gap between who they are and who they sense God has called them to become. I know what it is to be dry. I know what it is to come to a table, soul-empty, and leave with something that sustained me for months.
I created Come to the Table because I believe every woman deserves to experience what I have experienced in those sacred spaces. Not as a program. As an invitation.
Come hungry. I have a seat waiting for you.

For Apryl, every feast she prepares reflects the beauty of the people gathered around it: every flavor, every color, every story welcome.
